GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

  1. Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and business relationships between Enviro and private customers in the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as international customers, unless otherwise agreed. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Enviro has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

  2. Conclusion of Contract: By displaying and advertising products in our online shop, we do not make a binding offer to sell specific products. A contract is only concluded upon acceptance of the order by Enviro. After submitting the order, you will receive an order confirmation, which does not constitute acceptance.

  3. Prices and Shipping Costs All prices include VAT. Any applicable shipping costs will be listed separately during the ordering process.

  4. Payment terms Payment is made using the following payment methods:

  • credit card

  • Direct debit

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

  • Stripe The invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

  1. Delivery and Transfer of Risk (1) Delivery is made worldwide to the delivery address specified by the customer. (2) Delivery times and restrictions are specified on the respective product page. (3) If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded.

  2. Right of withdrawal: Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The exact conditions and the sample withdrawal form can be found on our website under "Withdrawal Policy."

  3. Warranty (1) The statutory warranty period is two years from delivery of the goods. (2) In the event of defects, the customer is initially entitled to subsequent performance (repair or replacement). (3) If subsequent performance fails, the customer may reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

  4. Liability (1) Enviro is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. (2) For other damages, Enviro is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. (3) Liability for data loss is excluded unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

  5. Retention of title The goods remain the property of Enviro until full payment has been made.

  6. Data protection Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy on the website.

  7. Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

  8. Final Provisions (1) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. (2) German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. (3) The place of jurisdiction shall be Enviro's registered office, to the extent permitted by law.
